El Rey Taco Grill opened its doors in 2015 when the culmination of hard work and dreams merged. However, El Rey Taco Grill began long ago. Our founder, Mr. Cienfuegos, worked hard for many years in the back of kitchens learning the ins and outs of the industry; from dishwashing to creating a delicious menu. From a young age, Mr. Cienfuegos exhibited an unyielding passion for business, and after years of apprenticeship, he took the leap of faith and opened our first location in Fontana, CA: a city densely populated by diverse demographics and flavors. Our commitment to providing authentic Mexican Food that is rooted in family tradition and recipes has helped us cement our influence in our communities and industry for the last four (4) years and counting.
